Thrissur is commonly referred to as the Cultural capital
of Kerala is a prominent and rich Corporation. Thrissur
Pooram with its caparisoned elephants and fascinating
fire works, needless to say has become world famous. The
Guruvayoor Temple, Basilica Church and Divine retreat
centre attract pilgrims not only from India but world
wide.
In
1985, a few like minded individuals felt the need of a
good swimming pool in this Cultural capital of Kerala.
That was the humble beginning of AQUATICS CLUB. Gradually
it started adding additional facilities and today it has
grown to be the most prestigious club in Thrissur Town.
Aquatics is situated in a beautifully landscaped area in
the heart of the city of Thrissur still away from the
bustling traffic of the city. Aquatics is the first club
in Thrissur to have a swimming pool of its own and even
today remains the only club with state of the art
facilities.
The Swimming pool, Tennis, Shuttle Badminton, Table
Tennis, Gymnasium, Cards room, and Billiards room form a
mosaic, interspersed with green lawns, trees, shrubbery
and flowers in our Lovely and lively campus.
